Dr. Colin Wilson graduated from Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas Texas in 1999 and returned home to practice on Vancouver Island. His interests include skiing, mountain biking, other outdoor activities and also an interest in photography.
Dr. Wilson is a 2nd generation chiropractor following in the footsteps of his step-father Dr. Ernie von Schilling. Dr. von Schilling previously started the North Island offices, and Dr. Wilson took over servicing the North Island in March of 2001.
In June of 2006, Dr. Wilson opened an office in Cumberland, BC, becoming the first chiropractor to work in the village. As of May 1st, 2014, Dr. Wilson is now Downtown Courtenay with his step-father, Dr. Ernie von Schilling, at 102-307 5th Street in Courtenay.
Each summer Dr. Wilson joins the BC Bike Race as Basecamp Medical Director and Chiropractor for this 7 day endurance mountain bike race.
In accordance with BC Chiropractic Association guidelines, Dr. Wilson attends continuing education seminars in various topics.
Dr. Wilson is available to talk to your group on various health topics.
